Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note:
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Casa Equestre is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Customs processing for international orders
Domestic Shipping
We ship within our primary market using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or equivalent regional partners.
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and carrier.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations.
Please note:
- Delivery times vary depending on country and carrier.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Casa Equestre is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive shipping confirmation within the expected processing timeframe, please contact us.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
